Please note, the hotel is temporarily closed due to Tier 4 restrictions in Wales.  Follow our Facebook page for the latest updates.  At present, we have not been provided with a date when the hotel & restaurant can reopen.  Customers making bookings do so at their own risk as travel restrictions will be subject to on-going review by both Welsh and UK governments.    On reopening, the hotel will continue to abide by all government guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and staff including the requirement to ask all guests where they are travelling from to ensure that they comply with the current travel restrictions and regulations.

As we await the announcement from Welsh Government in relation to when the hotel will be allowed to reopen, we would like to present to you some of the temporary changes for the hotel under Tier 3 restrictions. Tier 3 restrictions allows the hotel to open however our restaurant must close at 6pm and no alcohol is to be served in the restaurant.

Hotel open Thursday, Friday and Saturday for overnight stays.

Restaurant open Thursday to Sunday as follows:

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11.30am – 6pm (8pm to hotel guests)
• Sunday 11.30am – 3pm

Guests staying in the hotel will be served breakfast to their room as each room has a dining table and chairs. Breakfast pre-orders are to be submitted to reception by 8pm the night before. Room service will be available to guests up to 8pm each evening including alcohol served and consumed within the room as per Welsh Government guidelines for Tier 3 restrictions.

The hotel & restaurant will continue to follow the strict safety protocols for the safety of both the team and guests.
