It features the culinary skills of our brilliant Head Chef Ionut Boncea (Jonny), an insight into the Plough, the hard working team and all it has to offer, it also links us with Loz Archer owner of The Zen Den, a local complimentary therapist who works with the Plough to give the guests amazing treatments in the comfort of their hotel bedrooms and making them truly relaxed during their stay.
